Destination: Waldsee
The Concordia Language Villages began in 1961 as a language learning experiment sponsored by Concordia College. The goal was to let children “live” the experience of a foreign language in a suitable cultural context at a summer camp without having to go abroad.
Waldsee is the German language “Village” in Bemidji, MN.
